Terms and Conditions for Bulk Orders
To ensure a smooth and flavorful experience, please take a moment to review our terms and conditions for all bulk orders:
1. Order Notice & Communication
All bulk orders must be placed at least 2 days before the intended delivery date.
Please note: Bulk orders are delivered on Saturdays only between 1:00 PM and 5:00PM.

2. Allergy & Ingredient Information
Clients are responsible for disclosing any food allergies or specific ingredient preferences at the time of booking.
If no allergies are communicated, Dunni’s Kitchen is not liable for any reactions or health-related outcomes. Upon request, we’re happy to provide details about the ingredients and seasonings used in your selected dishes.
3. Packaging & Delivery
All bulk orders are carefully packaged in pans or bowls, depending on the dish. For detailed descriptions and sizing, please refer to our website.

We currently deliver within Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C.

4. Payment Terms
Payments can be made directly through the website during checkout.
Customers who prefer to pay via Zelle can email us at dunniskitchenstore@gmail.com for payment instructions.
5. Food Storage Responsibility
Due to the perishable nature of cooked food, clients are responsible for proper storage once their order is delivered.
Dunni’s Kitchen is not responsible for spoilage or foodborne issues caused by improper storage or handling. We recommend refrigerating your food within 2 hours of delivery if not being served immediately.
6. Order Cancellation & Refund Policy
Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before delivery to receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery are non-refundable due to preparation and supply costs.
7. Order Changes & Additions
Clients may request changes or additions up to 24 hours before delivery.

Terms and Conditions for Digital Products
By purchasing and downloading any digital product from this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
A. Access and Download Limitations
- After completing the purchase, customers will receive an email containing a download link for their digital product.
- Each customer is allowed a maximum of two (2) downloads. Once this limit is reached, the link will no longer be accessible.
- If a payment dispute, chargeback, or cancellation occurs, the seller reserves the right to revoke access and disable the download link without notice.
B. Compatibility and System Requirements
Customers must ensure they have the necessary software, hardware, and a stable internet connection to download and access digital products. The seller is not responsible for any issues arising from incompatibility with a customer’s device, outdated software, or weak Wi-Fi connections. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify compatibility before making a purchase.
C. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and refunds will not be issued once a purchase is completed and the download link has been provided. No cancellations, exchanges, or refunds will be granted under any circumstances.
However, if a technical issue prevents access to the purchased product, the seller may, at their sole discretion, assess whether a refund or alternative solution is warranted after conducting a thorough investigation. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 1 day of purchase, along with proof of the issue (such as screenshots or error messages).
Refunds will not be provided in cases where:
- The customer failed to download the product before the allotted downloads expired.
- The customer changed their mind after purchase.
- The product is incompatible with the customer’s device or software.
- The purchase was made by mistake.

D. Intellectual Property Rights & Usage Restrictions
- All digital products available on this website are the intellectual property of the seller and are protected by copyright.
- Customers are granted a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the digital product for personal purposes only.
- Strictly prohibited: Redistributing, reselling, modifying, reproducing, or sharing the product with third parties, whether for free or for commercial gain. Any unauthorized distribution may result in legal action.
E. Disclaimers & Liability
- All digital products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The seller makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information provided.
- The seller shall not be held responsible for any typographical errors, inaccuracies, or unintended omissions in the content.
- Customers are solely responsible for how they use the information and for any results, outcomes, or consequences derived from applying the content in the digital product.
